When it comes to using crystals in your meditation practice...I have found this configuration one of the most powerful. It grounds you, centers you in your heart, whilst also connecting to the stars. The two smaller spheres at the bottom are for facilitating clear communications (with others or your (higher) self/the cosmos). From top to bottom (& L-R)...Rose Quartz bowl with Vesuvianite, Garnet, Astrophylite, Cherry Blossom Agate, Prasiolite and the two hand-held are Optical Calcite and Blue Chalcedony.
